A University of the State of New York grad and a Navy Submarine veteran, Drew MacEwen worked in management at a successful Midwest investment firm before founding his own investment advisory business, Falcon Financial, in 2001. Shortly after staring his own firm, Drew and his family moved to the Pacific Northwest, eventually setting up both home and business beside renowned Alderbrook Golf Course, in scenic Union, WA. Drew is a board member of Alderbrook Golf Course, a member of the Shelton Rotary Club, and a vice president of the Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce.

Executive Assistant and Office Manager Allison Wagner has more than 15 years of customer service expertise in a variety of fields, with a current focus on providing investor support. Allison maintains an active role in several community organizations, including the Union Tourism Association and the Mason General Hospital Foundation. She is also a member of the Shelton Rotary Club.
